Living and working in a new way

May 11

For the vast majority of people, we are being asked to live and work in a way that is unfamiliar and perhaps unnerving. For business continuity this will make demands on our resilience and leadership skills like never before but we do all have the power within ourselves to stay with it and embrace the things we never before thought possible.

One way to look at this possibly extended period of isolation, is to take time to enhance skills we have always thought of doing but never got round to. I myself have mustered the courage to venture into the realms of technology solutions for individuals and teams which would previously have been too daunting.

I have embedded a link from Harvard Business Review produced recently on remote working that I thought was very useful.

Meantime I wish you safe, well and centered to deal with whatever is coming your way.

With warmest regards,

Neela
