Throughout her career in senior executive roles, Neela became increasingly aware of the connection between an organisation’s ability to react positively to shifting trends and its leaders’ attitudes to realising business vision and goals. She also became mindful of challenges around shrinking resources, virtual workforces, accelerating timescales, and reputation transparency.
It become apparent to her that existing leadership coaching practice was failing to build the skills and level of resilience required for times of turbulent change. Using leading-edge techniques she has evolved her own range of creative development tools, designed to unlock the full human potential for leadership.
Neela works with individuals, programmes and workshops and in the team setting. Together with her colleagues, she enables leaders and organisations to deal with complexity – and reality – calmly and mindfully.
